Shipping and Returns
Returns and Exchanges:
Please be sure that you read all of the item details and ask any questions before purchasing. We am more than happy to provide extra photos and additional information if required.
In the event an item has been detailed, depicted or detailed wrong or if the item contains a construction error, refunds or store credit may be applied to returned items postmarked within 15 days from purchase date for domestic orders, and 30 days from purchase date for international orders.
Domestic customers, please contact Michelle, via the contact form, International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned before credit is issued and must be in new condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused, and include any original sales receipts.
Customers are encouraged to request First Class Shipping which includes tracking and insurance. Though lost or damaged packages are very rare, these options are the only security measure available to guarantee the safe arrival of your package.
Purchases will not be replaced or refunded if lost or damaged in transit.
Customs and import taxes:
International Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties applicable to their purchase, as required by the receiving country.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies, dependant on complexity and quantity of items.
As all items are handmade, please allow 5-10 business days for shipment of order. Should you require your order by a given date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll do my best to have the order delivered on time.
For made to order items - We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
